Cancellation Policy

We understands that circumstances arise where cancelling a course may be necessary. We strive to be flexible and accommodating while also ensuring responsible use of our resources. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your enrollment in a course offered by XploreBIM Learnings.

1. Before Course Starts:

Full Refund: You may receive a full refund for any course up to 7 days before the scheduled start date.

Partial Refund: Between 7 and 3 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Within 3 days of the course start date or after the course has begun, no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation In-Between Courses:

If you have enrolled in a multi-course program and wish to cancel in between courses, the following policy applies:

You may receive a full refund for any upcoming courses in the program up to 7 days before their scheduled start date.

For any courses that have already begun within the program, no refunds will be issued.

You may choose to transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same course or a different course offered by XploreBIM Learnings, subject to availability. A transfer fee of 10% of the course fee may apply.

3. Reasons for Cancellation:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require cancellation. While we cannot guarantee exceptions, we will consider requests for full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for documented medical emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances.

4. Refund Process:

To initiate a cancellation, please contact XploreBIM Learnings via email at info@xplorebim.com or by phone at +91 81298 21656. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your cancellation request and will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.
